Safety is non-negotiable in early childhood settings. The Preschool Posse provides First Aid–only and CPR/First Aid combo certifications designed specifically for childcare professionals. 

We offer individual and group training options, including blended, instructor-led, and on-site sessions, to ensure staff are confident, compliant, and prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.

All certifications include instructor-led skills verification assessments to ensure hands-on competency and compliance with licensing standards. In addition, we offer fire extinguisher training, as required for childcare personnel, along with emergency preparedness training and drill support, including guidance for active threat situations and situational emergency response.

Our training supports licensing requirements while prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff—because preparedness saves lives.

 LiveScan Fingerprinting & Notary Services

Compliance starts with proper documentation. Our upcoming LiveScan Fingerprinting and Notary Services will support childcare providers with employment onboarding, licensing documentation, and professional verification needs. 

These services are designed to simplify required processes, reduce delays, and provide peace of mind as you navigate compliance and operational requirements.

Training, Credentials & Education Pathways 

The Preschool Posse supports early childhood educators and leaders at every stage of their professional journey. Our services include childcare training and in-service hours, CDA initial and renewal support, director credential guidance, and continued education pathways designed to help you grow with clarity and confidence.

We also provide guidance with Florida T.E.A.C.H. scholarship opportunities, helping eligible educators access up to 80% tuition coverage for Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree programs, along with available completion incentives. 

In addition, Professional Development Specialists (PDS) are available to conduct CDA verification visits, ensuring candidates receive knowledgeable, standards-aligned support throughout the credentialing process.
