Welcome to LB Elite Training and Notary Services LLC d/b/a The Preschool Posse ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online platforms, training programs, consulting services, mentorship programs, memberships, partnerships, digital products, merchandise, events, social media communities, and all related services.
By accessing our website, purchasing products or services, joining our communities, participating in events, making donations, or engaging with our content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase products, services, memberships, or participate in our programs.
By using our services, you represent that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Suspend services
- Cancel registrations
- Revoke access to programs
- Terminate memberships
for unpaid balances or failed payments.
Returned payments, declined transactions, or chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees.
6. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
NO REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All purchases, payments, deposits, memberships, subscriptions, registrations, sponsorships, donations, digital products, merchandise purchases, consulting services, coaching services, mentorship services, training registrations, and partnership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be granted for any reason.

- Membership Fees
- Posse Partner Fees

- Advertising Opportunities
- Merchandise Purchases
- Digital Products
- E-books
- Templates
- Downloads
- Resource Libraries
- Donations
- Community Contributions
- Grant Application Fees
Missed Appointments and No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, mentorship session, training, webinar, event, meeting, or coaching session constitutes a forfeiture of the purchased service.
No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are guaranteed.
Rescheduling
Certain services may be rescheduled at the Company's sole discretion.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may require additional fees.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Immediate removal from programs
- Revocation of membership access
- Suspension from online communities
- Collection efforts
- Legal action when permitted by law
7. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER
Completion of any training program does not automatically guarantee certification.
Participants must successfully complete all applicable requirements, including:
- Attendance requirements
- Skills assessments
- Knowledge evaluations
- Practical demonstrations
Certification standards are determined by the applicable certifying organization.
The Company reserves the right to deny certification if competency requirements are not met.
8. CONSULTING AND BUSINESS DISCLAIMER
The Company provides educational and informational services only.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Business success
- Revenue growth
- Profitability
- Enrollment increases
- Staffing outcomes
- Licensing approval
- Funding approval
- Loan approval
- Grant approval
- Government approvals
Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, implementation, experience, and other factors beyond our control.
9. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP STANDARDS
Members agree to:
- Treat others with dignity and respect.
- Refrain from harassment or discrimination.
- Avoid abusive language.
- Avoid threats or intimidation.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Follow posted community guidelines.
We reserve the right to remove any member, participant, partner, or affiliate at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
10. POSSE PARTNER PROGRAM
Participation in the Posse Partner Program does not create:
- Employment
- Franchise relationships
- Ownership interests
- Agency relationships
- Joint ventures
Partner benefits may change at any time.
The Company makes no guarantee regarding:
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- Visibility
- Business growth
- Customer acquisition
Partners are solely responsible for their own business operations.
11. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Affiliates are independent contractors.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship.
The Company reserves the right to modify affiliate benefits, commissions, requirements, and participation standards at any time.
12. DONATIONS AND COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
The Preschool Posse may accept voluntary donations and contributions to support community initiatives, educational programming, grants, and operational expenses.
Donations are voluntary.
Donations are not investments and do not create ownership rights, profit-sharing rights, voting rights, or repayment obligations.
All donations are final and non-refundable.
13. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
By interacting with our social media platforms, groups, pages, forums, or communities, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully
- Avoid spam
- Avoid harassment
- Avoid misinformation
- Avoid unlawful conduct
We reserve the right to remove comments, posts, users, or content at our discretion.
14. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
By posting content on our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
- Share
- Repost
- Publish
- Display
- Promote
such content for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
You retain ownership of your original content.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Company content remains the exclusive property of LB Elite Training and Notary Services LLC and The Preschool Posse.
This includes:
- Logos
- Branding
- Graphics
- Videos
- Courses
- Membership Content
- Downloads
- Templates
- Training Materials
- Workbooks
- Social Media Content
- Website Content
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sale, or modification is strictly prohibited.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LB Elite Training and Notary Services LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Personal decisions made from our content
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LB Elite Training and Notary Services LLC, The Preschool Posse, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services.
18. PRIVACY
Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
19. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service, membership, community, or program at any time and for any reason.
Termination does not entitle a participant to any refund.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.
21. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
